More sales conversations, from the emails that went quiet.
You send me a few emails that went quiet. For each one, you get a short note with the likely reason, in plain words.
You're on the list. Thank you.
I'm Sheri, and I'm glad you're here. I'll email you when the doors open.
- Watch for my name. When the doors open, the email will come from me, Sheri Otto.
- Check your inbox for my email and reply "got it." That way you don't miss the day the doors open.
- Think of one email that went quiet this week. You'll have it ready to try on day one.
Sound familiar?
They sounded happy on the call. Then nothing.
It's Tuesday. The call goes great. They say they love it and ask you to send the quote, so you send it that night.
Wednesday, nothing. Thursday, you check again. By Friday you're guessing. Was I too pushy? Did they forget me? You type "just checking in," then delete it, because it gives them nothing new.
Here's what I've learned: good leads don't say no. They go quiet because something isn't quite right yet. So the next email shouldn't ask for an answer. It should send one new thing.

What you get
Why they went quiet
When the doors open, you send me a few emails that went quiet. For each one, you get a short note with a likely reason, in plain words.
The next email
Short. One small ask. Written in your words, ready for you to edit.
A way back in
You read it, change it, and send it from your own inbox. I never send anything for you, and the conversation can start again.
I can only run 3 teams at a time, so the first wave is small. Save my place in line

Who is behind this
I'm Sheri. I led HubSpot marketers on the email experimentation council and I led demand marketing at HubSpot. I put some of what I learned into a tool called Fix My Email. The rest, I want to hand to you.
Send me your quiet emails, and I'll tell you when it's your turn. Join the waitlist
What you give
- A few emails that went quiet, when your wave opens.
- A few minutes, now and then, to tell me what helped and what didn't.
- A 15 minute talk near the end, so I can hear how it went, in your words.
The honest part
- I don't have results yet. None. That's why this is a test, and it's free.
- It'll get some things wrong. A person reads every note before you do, and you're the one who sends.
- Joining doesn't hold a seat. It puts you in line. When the doors open, I'll ask you one quick question by email, and the order you signed up decides the rest.
Your turn
Your next email shouldn't be "just checking in."
