01
The problem

A brand-new campus, mostly empty

Roslyn opened a new campus in Harrisburg with room for 125 children. It sat at 28% full. She was running the school, the staff and the families. And she had never done any marketing.

02
What we did

She talked. I built the plan.

I asked Roslyn questions, and she answered in voice notes. From her answers we built a plan for how to launch the campus, and she has followed it since.

We turned what she already knew about her school into content in her own voice. She didn't write a thing.

The academy added a new website and online tour booking. The videos Roslyn filmed at Content Crush Day went on the new site, and we promoted it together.

What happened

56% full in 90 days

Within 90 days, the Harrisburg campus went from 28% to 56% full. That's about 35 more children.Enrollment at the new site doubled.

“
Over a three-month period, we saw our enrollment increase at that new site by 100%. And that is truly due to the content we were creating.

What this does and doesn't show

What changed: the content, the launch plan, a new website and online tour booking all happened in the same 90 days. Roslyn credits the content. We can't split the result between them, so we don't try.

What stays the same for you: most owners are sitting on a number like this. They're too busy running the business to say it out loud.

Questions people ask

The short answers

How long did it take?

90 days. The campus went from 28% full to 56% full within about three months.

How much did Roslyn have to do?

She answered questions in voice notes. She didn't write anything. Sheri turned her answers into the plan and the content.

How we did the math on "$300,000+"

About 35 more children × North Carolina's published 2022 child-care rate for 3-to-5-year-olds in Cabarrus County ($1,038 a month) × 12 months = about $435,960 a year. Actual tuition is likely higher, and some seats may be state-funded. We say "more than $300,000" to stay on the safe side.

Did the content do it alone?

No. A new website and online tour booking went live in the same window, and the Content Crush Day videos went on that website. Roslyn credits the content in her own words, and we show all of it.
